Property details you submit (address, year built, land size, storeys, renovation status).
Your contact phone number (with country dial code) so we can send your Knockdown Score and follow up if you request a free audit.
The Knockdown Score and equity estimate calculated from those inputs.
If you create an account: your email address and any properties you save.
If you request a free audit: any additional notes you provide.
Standard technical data: IP address, browser/device info, referring page.

2. How we use it

To calculate and display your Knockdown Score.
To contact you by phone or SMS about your score and, if requested, a free audit. We will not send marketing SMS without your separate consent.
To improve our tools, marketing, and customer experience.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics, advertising) under contract, and where required by law.

4. Advertising & analytics

With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies from advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta) and analytics providers. See our Cookie Policy.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@mbdhomes.com.au.
